Data Deletion Instructions
This page exists so platforms like Meta can verify that we provide a clear way to request deletion of data we hold about you. The dashboard is invite-only and not consumer-facing, but the same rights apply.
How to request deletion
- Email reeveyew@gmail.com from the address associated with your account.
- State whether you want us to: disconnect a specific social account, delete cached metrics for an account, or fully delete your user record from Reeve MCN.
- We will acknowledge within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Disconnect account — we revoke the OAuth token and stop ingesting new data. Historical snapshots remain unless you also ask us to remove them.
- Delete cached metrics — we remove every snapshot and post we've stored for the specified account.
- Delete user record — we remove your app_users row, your invite history, and any data scoped only to you. Affiliate sale records remain (they are financial records).
What we cannot delete
Aggregated metrics that have been incorporated into invoices or contractual reports may be retained as part of our financial records, but they will no longer be associated with your name.
Meta's required deletion callback
If your data was ingested via the Meta OAuth flow, you can also revoke access at facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools. Revocation there triggers our automated deletion callback below.
