Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Reeve MCN dashboard. By signing in you agree to the following.

1. Use of the service

Access is by invite only. You receive your invite from an admin in our team. You agree to keep your sign-in credentials private and not share them. You will only use the dashboard to view and act on data for accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

2. Account scopes

• Admin — full access across all clients and creators.
• Manager — scoped to a single client; can configure alerts and view all creators in that client.
• Creator — scoped to a single creator; can only view their own profiles, posts, and revenue.

3. Connected social accounts

When you connect an Instagram or Facebook account via OAuth, you grant us permission to read public profile information and the insights you have access to. We will use that data only to populate this dashboard. You may revoke access at any time in Settings → Connectionsor from your platform's app-permissions page.

4. Affiliate sales

Creators' affiliate revenue is reported by an external affiliate-tracking tool. We display the numbers it sends us. We are not the payment processor; payouts happen outside this dashboard.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the dashboard to harvest data about accounts you don't own, attempt to circumvent role scoping, or share aggregated reports with parties who haven't agreed to these terms.

6. Availability and warranty

The dashboard is provided “as is”. We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee. Metrics are best-effort and may lag behind the source platforms by minutes to days.

7. Termination

Admins may deactivate any user at any time. Deactivation stops access immediately; deletion of historical data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced inside the dashboard. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
